Post/Page Pagination Questions

I am trying to find information on the post/page pagination section. I want to know what it does, does it had pagination at the bottom of say a category page? How many posts does it show before it adds the navigation?

The section's read more text says: "Post/Page Pagination: Pagination - A numerical post/page pagination. (Support WP-PageNavi)" If you activate the section and put it on a section, the "blog" for example, it looks like this (scroll to the bottom): http://www.pagelines.com/blog/ The number of posts it shows is dependent upon your settings in "reading" option in WP.
