wordpress login lost after updating

I updated the page lines framework yesterday and had some minor tweaks to the features and to the widgets. Everything seemed to be working fine. Today, my site is displaying my content on an old these. when I try to log into wordpress admin, it does not recognize me as a user. and I ca't log in. Can someone advise with possible ideas?

Do you have different users? Looks like you may have been locked out, or maybe your host reverted to an older backup?

I am the only user. Through Cpanel on my host, I can see that my wp is still there just can't log in. Not sure what is going on but it is just too coincidental that the site displays page lines content in an old theme. And it happens the day after I upgrade. Don't blame my host please!

Seriously updating would not change a users credentials ;) Have you tried the password reset? If all else fails your going to have to dive into the database and manually change a password, but thats way beyond us, you would need to ask the wordpress.org forums for that.

You can also ask your hosting company to try and restore your site to an earlier version. They should have a backup.

Update, my site was one of many on a local host server that was hacked. The hackers exploited a wordpress hole and changed my login and returned a few days later to complete the hack. I am starting to rebuild my website and have to trust that the wordpress hole is not in the page lines framework.
