Category permalinks don't work in Boxes

Hello, I'm using Pagelines Lite edition and did place some content (including links to the categories) into the Boxes on the front page of my website. The links to categories just don't work redirecting me to the front page again. The links get converted in HTML editor to "?cat_ID=xxx" (I have permalinks option on). While it works all around the website (other posts, pages, widgets and so on) and the link being shown to user as "mywebsite.com/category/slug", in the Boxes it shows as "mywebsite.com/?cat_ID=xxx" and doesn't work at all. We're looking into the issue. As soon as a solution is prepared it will be included in an updated release.
