Features Don't Appear After Uploading

I uploaded my site today. Features were appearing fine on my local setup but after uploading no features whatsoever are appearing. I'm not sure why this is happeing, is it possible that there are some permission problems causing this? My theme is StatonPro but have also tested it with iBlogPro3 and have same problem. Here's hoping it's just some silly mistake on my part.

Probably a plugin incompatibility breaking the javascript. Did you try deactivating your plugins? A live link would be best.

Fixed problem - it was down to plain stupidity in the end. I had forgotten to set the home page template to 'Feature Page - Standard' anyway all sorted now.
