How to set a full length navbar

I am trying to set a full length navbar but can not figure out how to do this on my site at http://108.166.90.150/ I have been looking at threads and see the site at http://www.epicurus.com that has the style we wish to achieve. A full length header, full length menu bar and a full length footer. For our navbar we wish the menu items to align from the right instead of the left. Can anyone assist me with trying to set this navbar full-width and align the items to the right. Thank you - chules
