Social Media Icons available in free version?

I know, this is kind of a dumb question, but are the social media icons available in the free version? I'm in my Settings > Header and Footer area and simply don't have anywhere to select them or add my links. Thanks in advance.

@highergroundstudio very nice. How about updating the Google Plus icon to the newer one Google is now using. Also, an iTunes graphic would be great for those of us that want to link to podcasts.
