szool 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2010 On my website http://citizenmediagroup.com note how the search bar at the upper right has a little magnifying glass in the right corner... but when I add the search bar to my sidepanel it does not have the magnifying glass. bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted July 14, 2010 It's because the second search has a separate id search-2, the fix would be to find the normal search CSS and add search-2 to it as well. cmunns 16 Report post Posted July 14, 2010 The widgets are pre-coded by WordPress and can only be touched with CSS to modify them. In the case of the top search bar we are able to add the code we want and that's how we can add the magnifying glass as an image in the HTML. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
