Comments Not Working...

I've done a bit of research and I think several people have had this problem. As an admin...I can post comments. But when I log off and test...it says that comments are closed. I've disabled plugin's, but I still get the error. I'm pretty sure I have comments set correctly everywhere. I checked my 'debug' feature and saw this (relavant or not) I thought I'd post. Did you check Dashboard > Settings > Discussion to make sure the comments are not restricted to newer posts or any of the other options? If that doesn't work to resolve it, try a 3rd party plugin like LiveFyre or Disqus (which I personally prefer to the WP commenting system).
