jwitcraft 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2012 I've searched, and the questions seem to want the background image translucent and the content background color opaque. I'm the opposite. I want my site to look like lynnfang.com. Where exactly do I enter the CSS to make the content background translucent, and what do I enter? About all I know is what the hex code is for the color I'm trying to make translucent.
Danny+ 1,327 Report post Posted June 8, 2012 Hi, The website you linked doesn't have it's content area transparent, its actually all one image set as the body, you can see it here. http://lynnfang.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Rainforest67.jpg However, if you wish to have your content area transparent, you can do so by read this post here. http://www.pagelines.com/forum/discussion/19844/content-opacity#Item_2 Please search our forums, before posting! jwitcraft 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2012 Thank you, but...where do I enter this code, please? Do I enter this in the Custom Code > CSS rules box?
Danny+ 1,327 Report post Posted June 10, 2012 Hi, You would enter this code in either your child themes style.css or if you're using the PageLines customisation plug-in, add it to the plug-ins style.css file. If you're using none of the above, add it to the Custom Code > CSS Rules. Please search our forums, before posting!
