changing the more behavior on posts

check out the post here: http://citizenmediagroup.com/category/news The very top post I placed the "more" option, but when you click to read more, instead of smoothly just revealing the rest of the content, it reloads the page and drops the screen down. How can I get it to just smoothly reveal the rest of the content without having to refresh the page or jump down the screen?

It's going to a new page altogether, it's dropping down to continue where the reader left off, this is working correctly and is common for most blogs.
