upgrade to Station Pro 3.0.6, footer different

I had this code inserted right underneath the Pagelines logo at the bottom, but now it is not showing up after the upgrade. The code is still in the same place as before: <p align="center"><font color="#FF9900"><b> <span style="background-color: #000000">"Media has been called the 4th Branch... what the people need to do is own the tree" -Soljon Zool, CMG</span></b></p>

actually it seems "footer.php" is no longer used. I cleared the contents (bank file) and refreshed and still see the same footer! Does the upgrade work differently?

I got it. Somehow in the WP-Admin it still said I was using v3.0.5. I activated another theme, then activated 3.0.6 and 3.0.5 disappeared and the footer came back.
