Call_out image does not show in IE8

The call_out image does not display in IE8. I am wondering if there might be a work around? Thank you.

Hi, I used http://netrenderer.com/ to view your site (offset 800) and yes, the image is missing in IE8. I'm unclear why this is the case. How did you add the callout image? Was their any specific code applied to the URL? One possibility is that the image is a .png file format which may post-date IE8. In other words, IE8 may not be able to read .png files. Try replacing the image with a .gif or .jpg to see if it shows. Unfortunately, because IE8 predates the current versions of HTML and CSS, we don't have a means of providing support for it, or any outdated browsers.

Thank you. I tried the .jpg and still had the same issue. I did not add any specific code. Simply uploaded the image like normal. Thank you for your time. I will pull the call-out for now.
