featured slider timing not working

hi there, i'm not sure why but the timing for the slider doesn't seem to have any effect at all. i entered the meta as 15000 and with navigation and the nav doesn't up either and it's just whizzing by... am i missing something? i've never had this problem before... thanks!

duh. sorry. i totally made a noob mistake. i had to modify the actual page where the slider exists...not the meta. thanks!
