Overlay plugin

Hi there, I'm looking for an overlay plugin or shortcode that will work with Pagelines 2.1.6 similar to the one at the link below (the "apple" version) where you can place an image as well as text. I have seen all those... none seem to have the text description with image (left and right colums). Thanks... I know it's not really a PageLines thing :)>-
