'Mouse-over' primary nav background colour

Hello yet again. Im having difficulty changing the colour of the 'mouse-over' background colour of the primary nav items. any pointers much appreciated

Please try this and change XXXXXX to the color you want: [code]#nav_row div.main_nav li.menu-item a:hover {background-color: #XXXXXX;}[/code]
