Customizing the Navigation Bar

Recommended Posts

Henry Perkins
Hi Sean! You can customize the navbar through CSS to look similiar to the site you referenced. If you are not familiar with CSS, I suggest getting the FireBug extension for either Chrome or FireFox to inspect that web site and see how the designer achieved his results. Keep in mind we can't design your site for you so if you need CSS help, make sure you've downloaded Firebug for Firefox or Google Chrome and check out W3 Schools for more info. Also please be sure to watch our Firebug video tutorial here. There are also a few plugins available for Free in the PageLines store that allow you to customize the colors in your navigation bar. You can edit the CSS in PlatformPro settings > Custom Code > Custom CSS.

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.
