How do I make the "Featured Image" (not feature slider) a link on homepage?

I already have my 960px wide featured images linking, now i need to figure out how to make the images that are 300 wide above each blog post a link, site-wide. (also side question, anyone know why this is not defaulted to ON, more clicks is more user-friendly, and most users click images over text?) screenshot: http://smal.in/si/2012-05-13_1005.png Thanks, Mike

I was quite certain the featured image is linked by default. Are you using Framework or PlatformPro? Also, the screenshot you posted doesn't load.

Catrina, They are not links by default. And now, they have gone missing (After some plugin testing, and subsequent removal). Any idea how i can get back my images and shorter exerpt text? I modified the functions.php file in Platform Base, and those functions are still in there, but are not being honored for some reason. any ideas?
