Top Admin/Log In Bar alsways showing

Hi Guys, Question.. Is it possible to always show the top black admin/log in bar? I think it looks good and I always want to show it even when users are not logged in. Please help Thank you

Hi Tomerus, This is more of a Wordpress issue, therefore I recommend you ask this on the Wordpress support forums. I did a quick search and found this plug-in, which may able to assist you.
