How to translate the theme PageLines permanently?

Recommended Posts

joseneas

Hello, I use PageLines FrameWork and would like to translate the template for a en permanently. I usually use Poedit to create a theme in>. /wp-content/plugins/pageLines-customize/language/pt_PT.po, more with each update of the theme I have to redo the entire translation, there are many lines to translate when times are few words that are included in the update, so I could only translate lines were added. :) How I do it?. Thank you! :)

What language do you want Pagelines translated to? There is a localization effort going on here: http://www.pagelines.com/translate/projects/pagelines-framework You are free to add your own translations in a language of your choice, and then they are to be reviewed. Once the translations you provide are moderated, you may export your full (or partial) Pagelines Framework translation with the drop down menu at the bottom of the page. This is available in the developer section, so I'm not sure if this tool is accessible to everyone.

Ok! Thanks for the help! The file I need is pt_BR.po and pt_BR.mo, or Portuguese of Brazil. I have a file pagelines.po translated into Portuguese of Brazil, you can export it to the translation center PageLines? --- I think the Poedit should offer a way to check a file to translate the existing lines / lines have not yet translated and translated / new, comparing between two files, there was only translate what is new in case of an update theme or Software. Is not necessary to complete translation again avoiding the waste of time

Hi guys, I'm already working on the translation of the translation center PageLines PageLines, if you can close the topic! I really did not know the translation center, and was using PoEdit to translate, the more there where PageLines Updates the theme, I would have to recreate every translation again! Now, look no further! :) Thanks to everyone who commented! Thread is closed! Thank you all and especially PageLines!

Hi:

Just tried to download my language, pt_PT, but the link is broken. In fact, all links seem to be broke, even the login one.

Can anyone help on this one?

Thanks.

Do you have an ETA for this fix?

Hi,

With the massive volume of work Simon's doing these days, I wouldn't think he's able to give any ETAs for anything.  He's doing a yeoman's job of fixing things in wholesale quantity.
