Can this be done with Pagelines Framework?

Hi, I have a client who wants to have a site similar to this site http://bain.com/ Can Pagelines Framework bu customized for this type of layout? 1) Feature area as the background with rotating images. 2) Page shadow like theirs 3) Menu formatting like their I am willing to pay a developer to just set this framework up and I can take it from there is this is not an easy thing to do with Pagelines. Thanks!

Absolutely anything can be done, within reason and obviously, if it's been done before, it can be replicated (at least pretty close).
