Recommended Posts

I have have set up thank you page for my subsrcibers but I do not want the page to be public. When I set page to privately published, it take page offline. How can I have a published page that does not show up on my main page header menu or anywhere else that can be found other then a direct link? I am using tracking pixel and want to be sure the traffic is accurate. Thanks

If you want it to be off the main nav you need to upgrade to WP3.0 and use the new MENUS feature

Upgrading to WordPress 3.0, is one option. Because in WordPress 3.0 regardless of the pages you've created you build your menu from: Appearance > Menus and then only add the pages that you want to add to the menu. However, if you do not wish to or can't upgrade to WordPress 3.0 for whatever reason then you can use the "Exclude Pages from Menu" plugin, simply add it from: Plugins > Add New This plugin adds the option to any page when editing it if you'd like it to appear in the menu or not. Thanks, Bryan
