jimcamut 0 Report post Posted July 7, 2010 The thumbnails don't show up on my blog page no matter what the settings are. Is there a way to fix this?
cmunns 16 Report post Posted July 8, 2010 Can you show us a link or some screenshots on the options? It's hard to diagnose the problem with so little info
jimcamut 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2010 http://jimcamut.com/blog/ I only have one entry in there right now, but none of the thumbnails are showing up.
pagelinesuser 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2010 The no-thumb class is being applied, which means the thumb isn't getting picked up. How are you trying to set the thumbnail?

jimcamut 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2010 Below is a screenshot. Is this where I am supposed to control the thumbnail availability and placement?
cmunns 16 Report post Posted July 8, 2010 Correct but you have to set them on the post itself. http://www.pagelines.com/docs/category/newsblog-page-posts/thumbnails On the page/post editor check the bottom of the right sidebar panel for setting the thumbnail (or featured image in 3.0)
keithdunlop 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2010 Jim, I was having a similar problem until I realized that you have to assign an image as a thumb in the post itself. When editing a post, click the insert image icon and when the "add an image" dialog box comes up, pick an image you want to use, then click "Use as thumbnail". jimcamut 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2010 Thanks Adam and Keith! I almost tried to tackle the PHP coding, which would have been a disaster for someone like me.
