Mysterious border around content and sidebar

Recommended Posts

ramsaywebsgmailcom

I have a border showing up only in IE. It looks like its a sidebar border and a main content border. From what I can tell its color is #ccc. I search through the style sheet for all border or #ccc's I could find, changing each one to see if they were the cause but no luck. Any idea where this border could be coming from?

Please provide a link to your website preferably, or at least a screenshot. Thanks, Bryan

It definitely looks like a border around the #container div. Try specifying border:none for that div so it doesn't inherit any classes from other places. Although I'm not sure why this is happening. Try disabling some plug-ins to see if there is a conflict there.

I disabled all the plugins, no change. I didn't see anything in the style sheet for #container so I added this to the main style sheet and custom code in theme options. #container { border: none; } Still no luck. Any other ideas before I start over? Thanks

It was being caused by my feedburner form in the sidebar. No idea why but when I remove it from the page everything is clean. Thanks for your time.
