Quickslider image focus problem

Recommended Posts

greggsky

This is odd. I just implemented the quickslider on a site and it appears to display the image with a slight blur. If you go to http://www.yansa.org/test/, you'll see that the image in the content area (the same file) is in focus, but the one in the quickslider is not. What's up with that?

I looked at the image closely in the Quickslider but I don't see any blur (or any slight one) on Firefox for Mac. Can you please take a screenshot of what you see and post it here? What browser are you using?

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.

How odd! I just checked in Firefox and there's definitely no blur. Definitely there in chrome however, and in Safari too. Here's a screenshot of Chrome which looks the same as Safari, click here to see the full size image: https://img.skitch.com/20120424-cbwmiecipakfnr382ged8mi4b1.jpg

Yeah, this is odd it's definitely got a slight blur to it. A quick fix I think is this, add this to your custom CSS.
.flexslider .slides img { max-width: 101% !important; }
See if that works for you.

@greggsky Definitely odd! I will add a bug ticket to our system for this so the developers can take a look. If you consider this topic resolve, please accept an answer. Thanks!
