Unwanted Paragraph Tag

I recently embedded a flash widget into my site and on the page its located at an additional paragraph tag is inserted automatically and messes up the spacing. How do I fix this? Screen shot attached to help explain the problem.

Did you make sure that page entry doesn't have any space above the embedded object?

If you look inside that p tag you'll see it's related to the embedded object
