Removing the side navigation area?

Recommended Posts

seerinteractive

We have certain pages that we don't want to have side navigation for. In those cases, we want the content to take up the entire area but I can't seem to remove the blank space and spread the content out across the entire content area. Please let me know how to do this.

Hi There! Such a nice and clean site! Love it! OK so you can adjust the layout on each page and it will override what you've got set as the default. So in this case, try going to your "career-paths" page, and choosing the "full" layout, or rather, the layout without a sidebar. Let us know how that works out for you! Nick

You'll also need to go to Dashboard > PageLines > Settings > Website Setup and look for "Remove Default Sidebars When Empty". Make sure you check the box to "Hide Sidebars When Empty (no widgets)". That ensures that the div doesn't remain even when hidden in page or post meta settings.
