Ideal RAM to allocate

We are experiencing RAM out of memory issues while adding/updating plug-ins and pagelines template. What is the ideal RAM we should have in place?

Ideally, your php.ini should be upgraded from 32Mb to 256Mb (the cap many hosts allow), if you're using a large number of plugins. Make sure you check ALL your plugins to ensure they're up-to-date with the latest version of WordPress. That's often the cause of memory spikes. Also, if you're using any Analytics tools, improper configuration and file permissions can cause severe memory drains. On its own, PageLines Framework doesn't cause any memory issues, nor with 99% of currently compatible plugins. When a plugin isn't properly configured or permissions are incorrect, anything can happen. I've been through this myself. Also, please look at the volume of Bots hitting your site. If you have lots of them, ask your host how to control those. They can use up tons of memory.
