Navigation bar problems

marriageanchors.com I am having trouble with the nav bar and footer. there seems to be some kind of duplicate of the footer and the nav bar problem is pretty obvious. I tried finding the problem with firebug....no luck I just upgraded the theme but I did not get a readme.doc. I hope I uploaded it correctly. What should I do?

too many pages in the nav bar. footer problem add

#footer {display:none;}

to custom code. only problem left is the placement of the sidebar...I will find it in another post.
