Content inside Tab revealed only when clicking on list

Hi. I'm trying to create something like what is in the below url. http://www.lakmefashionweek.co.in/?main_page=Designers. I am using wordpress post tabs for the tab effect, but can't figure out how the list is pulling new data when I click on it. Does anyone know how to do that?
