Attributes Box no longer available in Page Options

I've used it several times building pages and sub-pages but today it wasn't showing in the side bar. Checking Page Options in the upper rt hand corner-drop down- check boxes...it's not there either. I can't check something to show if it's not there. What the heck happened here?

Did you just upgrade WordPress or your theme, or add a new plugin or make a new edit that coincide with this? Thanks, Bryan

Hi Bryan, Well I upgraded a few days ago to 3.0 WP but everything was fine. i built a few new pages, started anyway, put some child pages under them. Everything was cool. Yesterday I loggin to work on them and add some more but couldn't. I'm not sure if I have the new PageLines 3.0 I see when i login there are to versions it says I bought. I I see when I open (unzip) the file it gives me 2 folder both called StationPro. One is Zipped the other is not. If I open the unzipped one, there are files and another Folder called StatioPro. it's this second Folder inside of the UnZipped Folder that I should have uploaded with FTP. I think I uploaded the whole first Folder StationPro when I reinstalled yesterday. but this was after it stopped working. Please let me know Thanks Frank (BaronLBC)

The best way to upgrade is to rename your old PageLines theme folder in the /themes/ folder and then upload the new version of the PageLines theme, you can always make sure you have the newest version by downloading from your account: http://www.pagelines.com/launchpad/member.php Thanks, Bryan

Bryan, I went ahead an installed 3.0 and it messed me all up. Lost my home page with the post etc. So I took it out and using the earlier version. For some strange reason I could not upload nexgen. I have it on another blog on this server so I dont know it wouldn't go BAck to my MAJOR PROBLEM. GETTING PAGE ATTRIBUTES TO SHOW. Just now after reinstalling, clicking pages>new> and the page opens for 1 split second I see the attribute box, then it dissapppears. It's not up in Page Options either. What the hell is going on? What is the name of the file? Is it a database file? Does it have something to do with PEREMISSIONS? PLEASE LET ME KNOW, FRANK

Bryan, Could it have anything to do with the htaccess file. Like I said when I first open the create new page, I see everything right there for a second, or if I hit Refresh once it's open then it all diappears. Thanks, frank

If you can't add pages then it's likely permissions, yes. I don't know what the disappearing act has to do with the htaccess though. I'm hoping changing the permissions will help you out. So do the page attributes dissapear regardless of the WP version?
