Removing horizontal rule and extra spacing at bottom of content area

Im trying to remove all the extra white space at the bottom of my content pages...as well as the grey horizontal rule at the bottom.

The grey horizontal rule seems to apply from the tags. That may be your template. There seems to be some customization already in place for the page which I can't determine specifically using my normal tools. Would you like to schedule a screen sharing session to help identify these problems?
