Pages will not show up in navigation bar

Hello, Just starting with the theme and changed the front page to a feature page. My other pages are not showing up in the nav bar? What am I missing? http://globalciv.org Thank's Thomas

Is the nav bar a Wordpress 3 issue? I have not had this happen to me with wordpress themes in the past?
