These horizontal lines are because of the navigation menu. Using FireFox with FireBug I believe you need to look at this css code to remove the first line:
.fix:after { clear: both; content: "."; display: block; height: 0; visibility: hidden; } style....1533610 (line 1222) .fix:after { clear: both; content: "."; display: block; height: 0; visibility: hidden; } object...1533814 (line 122) hr, .fpost, .clip_box, .widget-title, .metabar a, #morefoot .widget-title, #site #dsq-content h3, .navigation_wrap, .setup_area, .fpost .post-thumb img, .clip .clip-thumb img, .author-thumb img, ul.sf-menu ul li { border-color: #F4E8F4; }
For the second line trying looking at this:
.mcolumn-pad > *:first-child, .copy-pad > *:first-child, .scolumn-pad > *:first-child, .sidebar_widgets > *:first-child { margin-top: 0; } style....1533610 (line 127) hr, .fpost, .clip_box, .widget-title, .metabar a, #morefoot .widget-title, #site #dsq-content h3, .navigation_wrap, .setup_area, .fpost .post-thumb img, .clip .clip-thumb img, .author-thumb img, ul.sf-menu ul li { border-color: #F4E8F4; }
You will need to write CSS code to turn "off" the borders. I highlighted the CSS code attached to each of these lines to help with writing the CSS code.
