images in text widget - gaps between?

Recommended Posts

joe_steer

Hi guys, I'm having trouble when putting several images in a text widget, within my primary sidebar. As you can see on my test site: http://tinyurl.com/7rk7dqu gaps appear in between the images when they should be right next to each other. I've tried identifying the padding/border/whatever setting in Firebug but struggling! Any help very much appreciated. thanks, Joe.

You'll need to adjust the padding for the image itself, which has this class: mouseover. You'll need to use "mouseover" in the CSS selector to adjust the padding so that the image moves up and fills the empty space. For more insight on adjusting padding, please see this tutorial: http://w3schools.com/css/css_padding.asp

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.

Hi, I had a quick look at this and Catrina is spot on you should read all the articles on W3 schools website, as they are very helpful. However, the issue has nothing to do with padding as far as I can see. Try using the below custom CSS and see if this resolves the issue for you.
#text-2 .textwidget img {display: block;}
