I can adjust site layout in the layout editor, but the whole site is center align, i want the site to be left align(margin-left is set to 0px). So how can i do for it? Thanks for any help.

I don't think the margin-left attribute with a value 0px will left align the site, but perhaps a negative value will work. Can you please post a link to your site?

Please add the following CSS to Custom Code > Custom CSS in your PageLines Settings:
#site .one-sidebar-right {float: left;}
I added the code, nothing happened. But if i add this code dynamically by chrome's developer tool, it works fine.

Try this instead:
#site .one-sidebar-right {float: left !important;}
If you remove the one-sidebar-right attribute, you won't have a sidebar if you need it in other pages or posts. It's not recommended.
