To clarify: do you want to change the background color for hovering over links or get rid of it?

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.

Hi Isaia, This is the code for hovering over a widget.
.widget-pad:hover { border: 1px solid white; padding: 20px; background: white; text-shadow: white 0 1px 0; line-height: 1.5em; }
Hi Isaia, I'm not sure that is possible, as the widget area isn't a link.

The only way I can think of doing this would be to use a text widget and use an image link code. However, this will not work for the Newsletter widget.

The idea that this would only effect this would have the links and not text. should be able to choose which widget would have the effect. I prepare a sample page to test. Dand that this example requires that the video widget has the effect but not the contact widget .. link http://www.golink.ch/tst

Hi Isaia, I'm not sure why you have prepared a test page, I have already stated that you can not make widgets a link. The only way to do this would be to use a Text Widget and use something like this: If you really wish to have a whole widget area linkable, I recommend you post this question on the Wordpress support forums.
