ajackson+ 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 Hi - just installed iBlogPro, and cannot get dropdown navigation to work. I have enabled drop down navigation in the theme options, and made sure the subpages were a child of the correct parent. Still no dropdowns. Any suggestions? bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 Can I get a link? Do you have a large number of sub-pages? Thanks, Bryan
ajackson+ 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 www.jginteractive.com The "Our Work" is a parent, with only 3 child pages. "Enable drop down navigation" is turned on in the iBlogPro settings. Thanks in advance for any help.
bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 I assume you're using WordPress 3.0? That might be the problem as they've updated how menus are handled. Forwarding to developer. Thanks, Bryan
ajackson+ 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 Yes, I'm on Wordpress 3.0. Thanks for forwarding.

Andrew 207 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 Did you add the sub pages for the drop downs in the WP menus section? With 3.0 they don't work using page hierarchy anymore (they use the menu hierarchy...)
ajackson+ 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 I added the sub pages using the page hierarchy... how do I go about using the menu hierarchy? That's a new one on me.
ajackson+ 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 Ah... never mind. I think I found it.
ajackson+ 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 Yep - I got it. Hadn't read up on the new menus feature in 3.0. Works great now - thanks.
russellprisco 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2010 I am having the same challenge. Can you tell me how you did this? I see that you can indent the category to go under it, but it just puts a link at the top, it does not add to a drop down menu. Thanks =)
jazeel 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2010 I having the same trouble as "Russell Prisco". Any assistance is appreciated.
bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted July 1, 2010 From WordPress 3.0+ you now have full control over the menu, so you have to manually add and organize your menu and set the page hierarchy from your WordPress admin: Appearance > Menus Thanks, Bryan
