css for Feature Nav Text Button Colors and feature nav bar

I'm sure this has been asked but what is the css code I can add to the custom code to change the colors of the features nav bar. I'm using the text buttons. I want to change the colors of the text, the background, the hover and also the bar itself that they are on.
