Ian, that's likely a plugin or some code available via Facebook. It appears to have a Facebook API.

I figured that was probably the case. I'm guessing that I would need to add the code myself to one of the platform base pages... do you know where I would do that?

Are you using PlatformBase + PlatformPro 1.5.3 or PageLines Framework?

Do you have PlatformBase enabled? I think you can use a hook to implement the comments.
