Printing the wesbsite on PDF or Printer

Hell All. I am happy to design a site in pagelines for a client and after completion of the design. The prints out on PDF for the top boarder and the css definitions are not printed. Any suggestions on how to get the page to print wysiwyg. I think that probably depends on your browser, to save ink, browsers probably eliminate the background colors. You could try a different browser or take a screenshot of the website and print it that way.
