Removing Footers from iBlogPro 4

Hello everyone! I've been trying to remove 2 footers I do not wish to use in iBlogPro 4. I want to remove the footer where it consists of pages, staying in touch, etc. and the footer that contains 3 widget columns. I have tried putting this in the custom CSS code under the theme's settings: #footer, #morefoot{display:none;} but it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong here?
