Design Control not changing colours

I'm using Platform Pro I'm trying to use the Deisgn Control I can set a background image, but no changes to the colours of text appear at all What might cause this?

Alan, apologies for the delay in responding. Could you provide a link to your site? We'll be happy to look into this. To ensure we understand correctly, when you go to Dashboard > PlatformPro > Design Control and change any of the pre-set colors, then save your settings, the colors do not change. Which color grouping were you working on and what colors did you try set? Please give us the old and new color hex codes. Thanks. I will test it.
