Change text "search" in searchbox

Recommended Posts

Hi! I want to change the text "search" in the searchbox. In the old Pagelines pro it was possible to change this in the file searchform.php If i check this file in pagelines framework 2.0.1 I see: <?php /* SEARCH FORM © 2008-2010 PageLines Called from get_search_form $echo is passed from that function */ pagelines_search_form( true ); Is there still a way to change the text? Thank you in advance for the answer!

Is it not much easier to translate text strings with a en_US.mo file? (or whatever WPLANG code you have defined in /wp-config.php) A complete pagelines.pot file is provided in the /pagelines/language/ folder. Use "poedit" to import pagelines.pot and save as en_US.po and en_US.mo. If you use the "Pagelines Customize" plugin you can put the two files (mo - po) in /plugins/pagelines-customize/language folder so they will survive any theme updates.
