How to block access based on email address

Hello, Does anyone know of a plugin for restricting access to a site based on email address?

I only know of plugins that block access based on IP address (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/restricted-site-access/). I don't know if it's possible to block someone based on the e-mail address they use.
