I think they handcoded those into the footer, but you could try Sharethis: http://sharethis.com/ which looks very similar to that. You could get it as a WP plugin or just as an html snippet here: http://sharethis.com/publishers/get-sharing-button With the html snippet you could put it in a text widget which would then go in the Full-width Sidebar for example.

Social Slider is a sort of all in one to look at as I'm not 100% certain what you need (exactly). For Facebook, I've had a lot of success with Add Link to Facebook (by Marcel Bokhorst), this has the most settings out of the box and auto-publishes to a Facebook Page and provides a 'Like Button' Facebook Like (by Ahmed Hussein) is simpler in terms of settings (and only provides 'Like Button', but might be a bit more stable (Marcel does a LOT of updates...I mean A LOT!). I believe this one had better instructions too! (For hard coding into the PHP files). Sorry, Google+ is still the new kid on the block and plugins are sparse simply because Google hasn't released a lot of functionality for the service yet. The business pages is brand new in the past couple of months and even more limited in what you can do. They are moving quick though! I can't provide help on Twitter, sorry. I simply found it like talking to thin air unless you are leading a revolution.

Social Sharing Toolkit may help. Tons of options available at http://www.wordpress.org/extend/plugins/. Just search for what you want. :)

Check out Share Me, a social sharing add-on for DMS that is super simple to set up.
