overline thickness/height

Recommended Posts

Hi, just a quick question: is it possible to change the overline thickness using CSS? I'm working on the menu for this site: http://audaciouscreative.co.uk/ and would like the overline to be just a bit thicker - say 2px. is this possible? my google searching says no, but wonder if you guys have got any thoughts, ideas or solutions. would love to know. thanks. Stu

Hi Stu, I had a look but it's not possible to increase the thickness of overline. However, you could try using:
border-top: 2px solid;
that's great, danny - thanks. looks different but equally nice. but it now affects all the drop down menu items - is there a way of making just affect the top nav menu and not the sub/dropdown menu? thanks again Stu

Hey Stu, You applied the code to #brandnav li a {} I would recommend you try adding it to this instead #brandnav .current_page_item a {}

thanks Danny - didn't quite work - now it only applies to the current page rather than the whole menu. no worries. not overly worried - would have been nice but hardly an essential.
