Dropdown nav menu issues

Hello, I have also having a problem with the drop down menu on the home page where we have a Feature Video displayed underneath. In Google Chrome, when you mouse over a button with a drop down menu, the menu displays behind the video, making it impossible to read and select. It works fine on Firefox, but I have not tested it in IE. Any help on resolving this issue for our Google Chrome viewers would be greatly appreciated.
