You have chosen the 'carousel' template for those pages, but the plugin for it (FlickrRSS) isn't activated, which looks like it is breaking something in the code. Try either activating that plugin, or changing to one of the page templates that does not use the carousel. That should fix it and get your proper footer to show up.
