Site not working on Windows

looks like my universal header that is above my branding header is totally messed up on a windows computer. Can someone take a look at it and tell me how to fix it? I don't have a PC and it works fine on MAC. www.ipsimmediatepropertysolutions.com it;s the flags at the top that need to be small and horizontally lined up. Someone said that they are huge and going down vertically throwing the whole site off. This is the code that I have in the css that is related to the universal header: section#sb_universal{width: 300px;position: absolute;right: 280px;z-index: 29;top: -2em;} section#sb_universal .content-pad {padding: 15px 0 0 2.5em;}

Hi, I've looked at your site on my Windows based machine in IE9, Firefox 9 and Chrome and I don't see any flags at the top at all, but near the footer, there are four reasonably sized flag disks which look perfectly fine and normal.
