Adding Javascript to Box in 2.0

I have always run a script in a box on the feature template in version 1.0 to display an rss feed. Version 2.0 doesn't seem to like it. In 2.0, instead of displaying the feed in the box, it refreshes the entire page and only shows the feed. Any ideas?

Could you provide a link to your site and point us to the point where this RSS feed should appear? Also, how are you getting the RSS feed? Is this a plugin; a javascript or some PHP scripting? If it's any of these, could you also provide a link to the source (website for the developer)? Thanks. Happy Holidays!

I was able to find a rss plugin from wordpress.org to do the job correctly. I was using an older script from http://feed2js.org. It is a much older version than what is available now, so I bet this bug is fixed in their newest version. Thanks for your help.
